Jonathan Wetherby Appointed as Operations Executive Officer

 

Alliance Learning is pleased to announce the appointment of Jonathan Wetherby as its new Operations Executive Officer. Jonathan has worked at Alliance Learning for nearly 14 years.

Jonathan brings a wealth of experience in operational leadership, strategic planning, and organisational development, having previously held senior roles at Alliance Learning. His expertise will play a key role in supporting the organisation’s continued growth and commitment to delivering high-quality training and apprenticeship provision.

In his new position, Jonathan will oversee operational performance, drive efficiency across departments, and work closely with senior leadership to implement strategic initiatives that enhance learner experience and employer engagement.

Speaking about his appointment, Jonathan said: “I’m delighted to have been appointed Operations Executive Officer at Alliance Learning. Having worked across the organisation in a range of senior roles, I’ve seen first-hand the commitment and expertise of our teams. I’m looking forward to working closely with colleagues to strengthen our operations, maintain high standards, and support sustainable business growth; while ensuring we remain responsive to the needs of learners and employers.”

Jonathan will officially begin his role with immediate effect.
