Chief Executive (Alliance Learning)

We are now seeking a new Chief Executive to provide strategic leadership and take the business to the next level in its evolution. The role is a broad and all-encompassing one, requiring significant leadership and management skills. Although this role does not necessitate experience in the independent training provider sector, it requires a leader who has successfully delivered transformational change and growth in the education sector along with a record of delivering strategic goals and objectives.

  • Employer Engagement Advisor - Apprenticeships

    Alliance Learning are recruiting for an Employer Engagement Advisor - Apprenticeships to develop, promote and cross sell all Alliance Learning services, including Apprenticeships, commercial training courses and any other related programmes across the North West. The main purpose of the role will be to build relationships with employers and partners to raise the profile of Alliance Learning. You will also be responsible for accurate Information, Advice and Guidance to apprentices coming onto programme, whilst ensure all ESFA guidance and quality processes are met. This role will compliment the current sales team both internal and external to ensure the development and delivery of appropriate training packages to meet employer needs. Flexible Working arrangements will be considered.

  • Finance Assistant

    We are currently recruiting for a Finance Assistant, to work within our busy accounts department. The main purpose of the role is to assist in the process of timely and accurate financial information for use in the preparation of the monthly management accounts. You will also be responsible for credit control procedures, including chasing payments, processing cheques, BACS and credit card receipts to Xero. The successful candidate will also process payments to employers who are eligible for ESFA Employer Incentives. Other duties will include Central Administration functions.
