Experienced or Trainee Health & Safety Tutor
We are currently recruiting for a talented and enthusiastic Health and Safety Tutor/Trainer to join our busy Commercial department at our site in Horwich, Bolton. This role offers continuous professional development across a range of courses and the successful candidate will have the opportunity to shadow our current Tutors to develop new skills and knowledge across the diverse range of courses we offer. Due to our customer reach, on site work will also be expected.

Location: Most delivery at our site in Horwich, Bolton with occasional site delivery required.
Your role will include:
The provision of high-quality training which is planned and personalised to meet the needs of the individuals, whilst ensuring aims and objectives of both the awarding body and company standards are met.
Helping to develop new training materials and resources.
Accurate completion of all required documentation.
Reviewing and identifying your own professional development needs.
All Tutors/Trainers must provide the following:
Relevant qualifications in subject area - you will be required to have a strong background in Health and Safety
Teaching qualification e.g Level 3 Award in Education & Training
Up to date CPD log
Appointment to the role will be subject to an Enhanced DBS Check

Head of Quality
We are currently recruiting to a Head of Quality role based at our site in Horwich, Bolton.
The successful candidate will be part of the Senior Management Team and lead on quality related activities across the Apprenticeship and Commercial divisions, including responsibility for the Self-Assessment Report (SAR) and Quality Improvement Plan (QIP).
The role holder will implement an effective Quality of Education process and drive quality improvement and assurance in line with Ofsted Education Inspection Framework, ESFA and other awarding bodies. You will also be responsible for the effective implementation of the English, Maths and Digital Skills strategy
Working collaboratively with Senior Managers and their teams, you will support effective deep-dive activity and standardisation along with the implementation of an on-boarding process which considers starting points and individualised learning.Expected Working Hours: 36.5Closing Date: 10/02/2023
