Recognised Training Provider

We are one of the largest independent training providers in the North West with over fifty years’ experience in the training industry. This means we have a rich history which has resulted in an excellent reputation within the local community and are well known for providing a high standard of teaching and learning to our apprentices and customers. We currently train around 350 apprentices and 6,000 individuals each year to gain vital skills to take back to the workplace.

Training and Development

At Alliance Learning, we strongly believe in training and developing our staff. We provide a fee waiver scheme to ensure any individual development or staff training needs are identified and met, degrees and higher level training included. We are committed to developing our staff, which has been recognised with us achieving the Investors In People standard.

Part of the University of Bolton Group

In March 2020, Alliance Learning joined Bolton College, Bolton University Technical College (UTC) and The Anderton Centre in becoming part of The University of Bolton Group. This means we can bring together the expertise of all centres to ensure that all training requirements can be met.

Free Parking

We have over 100 car parking spaces onsite. These include accessible parking bays, motorcycle bays and a bicycle rack. These are all free of charge for staff members.

5 Years Service 

Staff who have passed 5 years service receive 1 extra days annual leave. 

Social Events 

Staff get to enjoy company parties every year. 

Early Finish Fridays

Every Friday staff can benefit from a 2pm finish. 

Christmas Shutdown

The business shuts down for a week over the festive period so you can spend time with loved ones. 

Great ideas

We have a suggestion box for staff to submit any ideas that will improve the business. 

Performance Awards

Staff can earn a 1/2 day holiday on a Friday for outstanding performance each month.
