Alliance Learning welcomes over 80 new Engineering Apprentices, despite pandemic!

After a very challenging 18 months, Alliance Learning has successfully secured employment for over 80 Apprentices for their September 2021 intake. All Apprentices have now commenced full-time employment with engineering companies based across the North-West.

Founded in 1966, Alliance Learning is one of the largest independent apprenticeship training providers in the North West. The training provider has come a long way and has recently become part of the University of Bolton Group, to enable learners and employers to access progression routes from Level 1 to Level 8 Training.

For the next four years, all Apprentices will be working towards an Engineering Apprenticeship, in which they will develop valuable knowledge, skills and behaviours to use within the workplace. They will also gain a nationally recognised qualification, whilst earning a salary.

Kelly Perkin, CEO of Alliance Learning said: “We are absolutely delighted to have secured employment for over 80 Engineering Apprentices. The team have worked extremely hard throughout the pandemic to ensure we remain at the forefront of local Apprenticeship provision. It is really pleasing to see the new cohort embark on their future with the support of local Engineering companies. I am immensely proud of #TeamAlliance and the passion they show to changing peoples lives, as they start on the next steps of their careers journey.  Our team of dedicated staff will be here to help and support them every step of the way”.

Our next intake will be in September 2022. If you would like more information about our Engineering Apprenticeships, either as an employer looking to recruit or as an individual looking to study an Apprenticeship, please visit www.alliancelearning.com or call the team on 01204 677888.
