About the Role
We are seeking a knowledgeable and motivated Health & Safety Tutor to join our Commercial team based at our Bolton site.
This is a rewarding opportunity to deliver engaging and practical Health & Safety training, supporting learners to develop the knowledge, skills, and confidence required to maintain safe and compliant working environments. Delivery will take place both at our training centre and off-site at employer premises, with flexibility required to meet business needs.
Key Responsibilities
• Deliver high-quality Health & Safety training across a range of accredited and non-accredited courses
• Deliver First Aid and Fire Marshal training in line with awarding body and regulatory requirements
• Plan and deliver engaging sessions that meet organisational and compliance standards
• Assess learner understanding and provide constructive, timely feedback
• Maintain accurate learner records and course documentation
• Build effective relationships with commercial clients and employers
• Contribute to quality assurance and continuous improvement activities
