About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Management Tutor / Assessor to support apprentices through a blended learning approach, delivering training and assessment on-site, remotely, and in the workplace.
This is a rewarding opportunity to guide learners through their apprenticeship journey, helping them develop the knowledge, skills, and behaviours required for success in management roles.
The role is a combination of blended Delivery (On-Site, Remote & Workplace).

Essential Skills:
Key Responsibilities
• Deliver high-quality teaching, coaching, and assessment to Management apprentices using a blended delivery model
• Support learners to develop management knowledge, skills, and behaviours in line with apprenticeship standards
• Conduct progress reviews, assess learner evidence, and provide timely, constructive feedback
• Provide academic and pastoral support tailored to individual learner needs
• Build effective relationships with employers and workplace mentors to support learner development
• Maintain accurate learner records using the e-portfolio system
• Contribute to quality assurance, standardisation, and continuous improvement activities
What We’re Looking For
• Relevant experience and qualifications in a management, leadership, or supervisory role
• A recognised teaching or assessing qualification (e.g. TAQA, A1, teaching qualification), or willingness to work towards one
• Strong communication, organisational, and time-management skills
• Ability to motivate, engage, and support learners at different stages of their development
• Knowledge of apprenticeship standards and vocational learning
Desirable Skills:
• Experience delivering management or leadership apprenticeships
• Confidence delivering learning both on-site and remotely
• Understanding of workplace learning and employer engagement
