Apprentice Employer Testimonials
"We have a great relationship with Alliance Learning and we’re always very impressed with the service they provide for both us as a company and our new apprentices. They have helped us hugely in formalising Able’s apprenticeship scheme in advanced mechanical engineering, offering Able a structured path that will lead to formal, universally recognised qualifications, serving him, and us, better in the future."
- Russell Entwistle(Operations Director), Movetech UK
"A large number of our senior team and managers started life as apprentices and on the shop floor, which shows the benefits that come from ‘growing’ our own talent and future workforce. Our apprentices learn specific skills from day one, developing specialist knowledge that enables us to build a dedicated and loyal workforce for the future."
- Ceri Travers(Learning and Development Manager), William Hare Ltd
"Alliance Learning have proved consistently adept at identifying ideal business administration apprentices for Aptus Utilities and have become our learning provider of choice. We have used them since the launch of our business in 2010, and have found the apprentices to be enthusiastic and capable additions to our team. We have had more than 10 apprentices through Alliance Learning, who have met the high standard we require in our niche market of multi utility connections. A number have gone on to specialise in key areas and are helping to shape the business for the future. As we grow we will continue to look to Alliance Learning to supply people for our business administration apprentices to carry on the excellent work."
- Natasha Clarke(Support Services Director), Aptus Utilities
"Alliance Learning have been a learning and training provider to Krones UK for a number of years now. They train and support our engineering apprentices very well through the support system/learning development officers that they provide as part of ours and their learning requirements. They are open to flexibility around how our apprentices produce their written NVQ work which is very helpful to them in pursuit of their qualification. Finally, although we at Krones UK recruit the apprentices, the apprentices complete their initial NVQ2 work at Alliance and return to Krones well-grounded in basic practical engineering skills and are motivated to continue their training having enjoyed their time at Alliance. This supported the subsequent development of our apprentices in their specific trade and a lot of them are now very good engineers, Alliance certainly played their part in this."
