Job Description: Clever IT is passionate about their customers and their businesses. Clever IT ensures our customers get all the IT support and computer services they require. Offering IT support. Cloud Support, Server solutions, Security and GDPT guidance. We are here to offer a 360 service and are now looking for someone to join our busy office team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to start their career within administration where no two days are the same and every day is a learning day. Here your duties will include: • Quote and process annual renewals. • Monitor, order and/or replace office supplies inventory as needed. • Responsible for Consumables – Manage & facilitate requests, distribute and order stock –  • Assist in administrating the ticketing system. • Health and Safety Compliance – ensuring insurance documents are in place. • Assist the Support Manager with further administrative tasks in support of the wider business EG: Produce and issue reports from systems as required by the wider business and system users. • Receive goods, ensuring that they have been signed for and stored securely. • Assist in the approve and Post procedure. • Maintain the general tidiness of office workspace. • Meet and greet visiting clients Alongside the work experience and one to one support from the support managers, you will complete the Level 3 Business Administration apprenticeship with Alliance Learning to gain the vital skills, knowledge and behaviours of working as an administrator. You will work Monday - Friday 9am - 17.30pm.
