Job Description:
ShowMed is the UK’s largest provider of medical services to the music and sports industries, delivering expert care at venues and events nationwide. As our business continues to grow, we are excited to offer an opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Administration Apprentice to join our Bolton office. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a close-knit, collaborative team while gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced and rapidly expanding organisation. The Role As a Business Administration Apprentice, you will play a key role in supporting our office operations and contributing to the development of our growing casual workforce. Your responsibilities will include: • Responding to telephone and email enquiries in a professional and timely manner • Carrying out general administrative duties, including filing and maintaining personnel records • Supporting applicants throughout the recruitment process and following up on applications • Conducting Right to Work checks, DBS checks, and reference checks in line with compliance requirements • Assisting in ensuring all employees maintain up-to-date qualifications and mandatory training • Supporting the interview process for new casual workforce applicants • Providing administrative support to other departments as required About You We are looking for someone who is: • Organised and detail-oriented • Confident communicating by phone and email • Eager to learn and develop new skills • A team player with a proactive attitude • Able to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks Training & Development Alongside your day-to-day role, you will work towards a Business Administration qualification through Alliance Learning, attending training sessions once per month. This apprenticeship will provide you with valuable workplace experience, professional development, and a nationally recognised qualification. |
