The Role As a Fabrication & Welding Apprentice, you will: • Learn a variety of welding and fabrication techniques. • Work with metals and materials used in acoustic product manufacturing. • Read and interpret engineering drawings. • Gain hands-on experience using workshop machinery and tools. • Support the production team with day-to-day tasks. You will work towards a nationally recognised qualification while receiving practical, on-the-job training from our experienced fabricators and attend Alliance Learning one day per week.
