We’re on the lookout for an enthusiastic and results-driven New Business Development Representative to help us grow our customer base and bring our training services to even more organisations. About the Role In this exciting role, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging with new customers, building strong partnerships, and promoting our range of apprenticeship and commercial training programmes. You’ll work closely with our business development and marketing teams to generate leads, convert prospects into clients, and contribute to the continued growth of Alliance Learning. Key Responsibilities: • Research and identify potential new customers and market opportunities. • Make outbound calls, attend networking events, and engage in other proactive sales activities. • Present and promote Alliance Learning’s training programmes to prospective clients. • Develop tailored proposals to meet customer needs. • Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships. • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the organisation’s growth plans. Essential Skills:
• Proven experience in sales, business development, or a similar role (training or education sector experience an advantage). • Confident communicator with excellent presentation skills. • Ability to build rapport quickly and develop lasting relationships. • Driven, self-motivated, and target-focused. • Good organisational and time management skills. • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems. |
