They train and support our engineering apprentices very well through the support system/learning development officers that they provide as part of ours and their learning requirements. They are open to flexibility around how our apprentices produce their written NVQ work which is very helpful to them in pursuit of their qualification. Finally, although we at Krones UK recruit the apprentices, the apprentices complete their initial NVQ2 work at Alliance and return to Krones well-grounded in basic practical engineering skills and are motivated to continue their training having enjoyed their time at Alliance.
