Job Description:
Security Solutions is one of the UK's leading manufacturers and installers of perimeter security equipment. We offer a complete range of services including the manufacture, installation, maintenance, and service of new and existing equipment. Responsibilities/Activities - You will work alongside experienced welders / fitters to gain an understanding of the various skills involved in welding /fabricating - You will perform activities independently, but with close supervision - Be able to understand and adhere to all health and safety rules regarding all aspects of the workshop - Carry out such duties as may be required from time to time at the request of line management & which are deemed to be within your capability Duties - Reading and understanding of engineering drawings - Cutting of materials to precise measurements - Drilling of materials where specified on the drawings - Use of all M.I.G welding techniques - Use of all fabricating techniques Working hours are as follows: Monday – Thursday 8:00- 17:00 Friday 8:00 – 14:00 |
