Job Description:
Welder & Fabricator Apprentice | MAP Engineers Ltd Here at Map Engineers we pride ourselves on offering the complete package: concept, design, manufacturer project management and installation. Providing primary steelwork and secondary support steelwork to existing projects we supply every aspect of steelwork, architectural, secondary, structural and bridges. Looking after customers across the North West and the UK we are now looking for someone to join our team and learn the vital skills of fabrication and welding whilst attending Alliance Learning one day per week. • Apprentice welder fabricator to join our team at the works in Lowton. • You will be trained to the highest standards through hands-on working alongside our experienced tradesmen. • You will learn to read and interpret engineering drawings. • You will learn to use various hand tools and machinery required to produce the works. • We cover all aspects of welding and fabrication from architectural handrails and balustrades to full structural buildings and bridges. • Use a variety of procedures to include MIG, TIG and MMA welding. |
