Job Description:
Customer Service Apprentice | Monaghan Property Services

Established for over 30 years we specialise on contract cleaning and building maintenance. Providing a professional, eclectic range maintenance to management companies, housing association, estate agents and private landlords.

We are now looking for someone to join our dedicated team to assist us with the day to day customer service and office functions. Every day is different and you will become a valued team member who will assist us to put our customers first by offering high class service.

Here your duties will include:

• Answering the telephone
• Dealing with incoming queries
• Assisting colleagues with tasks
• Data input
• Assist with managing office email account & respond to customers via email
• Typing invoices & estimates
• Learn to use customer portals to input invoices
• Learn to use Eworks software

During your time with us we will support you to achieve your Customer Service Level 2 practitioner with us and Alliance Learning, learning the vital hands on skills and knowledge alongside the work
