Job Description:
An exciting opportunity to work with a Bolton based company who has been established for over 50 Years and who specialise in the design and manufacture of helical based equipment for the food, pharmaceutical and nuclear industries. Here we are able to offer extensive Engineering facilities and are now looking for someone to join our team of Machinists. The work that is undertaken by Ajax is distinguished by specifying designs that best meet the client’s requirements, where more appropriate than standard 'off the shelf' forms of equipment. Joining our team your duties will include: Mechanical fitting and assembly of our in house manufactured screw conveying equipment Bearings Geared motor units Keyways etc. Machining Centre lathe turner Machining of tube and shafts You will attend Alliance Learning for day release for the first year of training gaining the vital hands-on skills, knowledge and behaviours. |
