Job Description:
Customer Service Apprentice | Bolton Arena

Here at Bolton Arena we are now looking for someone to join our busy office to assist with the day to day service delivery.

ROLE PURPOSE:

Provide support for the Commercial Department with a particular focus on sales and customer service.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

General Administration
• Handle conferences and events enquiries, from preparing proposals/quotations, arranging site visits were required, prepare hire agreements/booking confirmation for clients.

• Use the Arena’s prospect management system to record and process client enquiries. Process conference and event bookings accurately onto the booking system, liaising with departmental managers on any potential booking conflicts as required.

• Deliver a planned programme of sales and lead generation activities, including but not limited to new sales, lapsed members, renewals, referrals, corporate and outreach activities;

• Deal with initial sales enquiries and/or visits to facilities of prospective members in line with agreed processes and best practice;

• Support the delivery of the B2B sales and marketing activity aimed at new, existing and lapsed clients, including emails, telesales, direct mail, sales events, networking, etc;

General
• Support other areas of the Commercial Team and wider Arena team as required;
• Contribute towards the development of a positive working environment;
• Adhere to the company’s health and safety policy;
• Adhere to the Arena’s Normal Operating Procedures and Emergency Action Plans;
• Satisfactorily undertake such training and development as the company might feel is appropriate to the ongoing requirements of the position.
