This is an exciting opportunity to join a company who has a strong vision and believes in the continuous development of staff.

Beldam Crossley strongly believe in training and further development of staff. The successful candidates will receive a robust training plan within the business, this will be enhanced through a 4-year apprenticeship delivered by Alliance Learning.

Through your apprenticeship you will gain the skills and knowledge to operate a variety of conventional and CNC machines to become a fully skilled Machining Engineer.
You will work from layouts and dimensions on drawings to perform assigned tasks and follow your supervisor’s instructions to ensure quality is maintained.
Undertake a development programme through an apprenticeship. Actively participate in your own development agreed with your line manager and assessor from the training provider. You will also be provided with a mentor within Beldam Crossley and rotated through each of our departments to get a full understanding of the business.
