Job Description:
As the one stop shop for all clothing and accessory needs we are now looking for someone to join our team to assist with the day to day running of the business and assist us in continuing a high deliver of customer service to our customers. Here your duties will include: • Dealing with online customer enquiries through market places (Ebay, Amazon etc.) and on phone • Processing customer returns and after thorough inspection issuing refunds • Making inventory sheet for return goods • Helping with office staff with admin work • Using a variety of computer systems • Taking and making telephone calls. • Processing orders. |
