Job Description:
We are specialist in selling fleet vehicles and as a rapidly growing business we are looking to find an Apprentice Office Administrator to join our team.

Here your duties will include:
• Emailing – dealing with inbound and outbound emails
• Making Outgoing calls
• Taking Inbound calls
• Locating vehicles
• Preparing sales promotion material
• Logging information on our Excel spreadsheets
• Using a variety of computer systems including office
• Dealing with customer enquiries
• General office duties
• Providing quick, high quality customer service

Alongside this you will complete a Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship at Alliance Learning and gain the hands-on skills and knowledge to tie in with the work experience you are gaining from the company.
