Job Description:
SmartStrat is a dynamic growing company providing over 100 business nationwide with a remote PA/ Virtual Receptionist service helping their clients. Smart Strat are looking for a confident, bubbly, outgoing individual to join their growing team as a Virtual Receptionist Apprentice.

As an Apprentice Virtual Receptionist, your role will include;

• Providing high level call handling services for clients
• Delivering excellent customer services to clients and their customers
• Ensuring messages are passed to clients correctly and within time scale via email and phone.
• Dealing with customer enquiries and complaints in line with company policies and procedures
• Assisting clients in special project campaigns
• Attending appropriate training and development programmes when required
• Being proactive in driving own development
• Ad hoc admin duties

Alongside this you will complete the Customer Service Apprenticeship at Alliance Learning gaining valuable skills, knowledge and behaviours of working within the Customer Service Environment.
You will complete paid work experience before starting in the role to ensure it is the right role for you.
