We are looking for a Business Administrator (Modern Apprentice) to join us at our Manufacturing facility in Bolton.



Role Overview

This newly created Modern Apprenticeship role will provide 50/50 administration support to the Human Resource and Supply Chain functions within the business. This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to develop their skills in a global organisation and you will be given the autonomy to make the role your own.



Main Tasks - HR

Reception duties including answering the switchboard, directing calls, opening the access gates to visitors, opening and distribution of mail, organising freight collections.
Daily management of Time and Attendance System
General business administration tasks including travel booking, visa support, raising purchase orders, tracking expenses
Supporting with HR administration including training, company car fleet, recognition scheme and company newsletters
Responsibility for 5S across HR areas including ordering and distribution of stationary and consumables for meeting rooms and kitchen area.
Support the coordination of social and company events including booking events
Main Tasks – Supply Chain

Daily job receipt posting for all Production lines
Daily processing of invoices
Consumables support including raising requisitions, sending purchases orders and chasing delivery
Support Supplier scheduling – Chase PO confirmation and update spreadsheets with planned deliveries
Support MRP process
Process Cost of Quality reporting
