Course Overview (Benefits)
Safety at work is the responsibility of employers and employees alike and acceptance of this responsibility is fundamental to ensure safe working practice. The new Electricity at Work Regulations (1989) came into force on 1 April 1990. The Regulations concern all employers, employees and suppliers who are responsible for the maintenance, servicing and installation of electrical equipment or services. This course meets the statutory requirements of the Health & Safety Executive.
Course Requirements
This is a level 3 qualification Electrical Experience/qualifications are a requirement for candidates to attend this course
Code of Practice for In-Service Inspection and Testing of Electrical Equipment is for practising electricians who want to progress in their career or move on to further study.
Candidates must provide ID on the day of the course. If you have any PAT testing equipment available please bring on day of course. The Examination is an on-line 2hr Exam, basic IT skills are requires.
