Desired – Speaks Urdu/Hindi/Punjabi/Gujarati/Arabic /Slovakian.

Job Description:
Visionsave prides itself on high quality customer service, ensuring our customers’ needs are met at all times.
Every day is different in this busy optician and we are now looking for someone to join our team to assist with the day to day running of the opticians.

Duties here will include:
Booking appointments over the phone, face to face.
Updating patient details on the software system.
Repair glasses.
Deal with customer enquiries in a timely manner.
Text recalls for annual tests.
Dealing with order queries.
Dealing with customer queries and requests.
Providing a high quality service to our customers.
As well as this you will gain the vital skills, knowledge and behaviours of working as a Customer Service practitioner alongside the work experience.

You will complete a customer service apprenticeship with Alliance Learning to gain the hands on skills, knowledge and behaviours and starting your career.
