Initial appointment will be assisting within the sales office and inputting customer information onto the Sage system. Customer service skills required for handling customer calls, dealing with customer enquiries, providing customer pricing and lead times, etc.
Liaising with other departments – production and despatch.
Inputting orders onto system and providing order confirmations.
Dealing with e-mail enquiries.
Liaising with accounts department re customer accounts and dealing with pro forma and paypal payments.
General offices duties including filing, photocopying, scanning, etc.
