Job Description:
The salary range: £19,000 - 23,000 per annum dependent on experience and qualifications

- Responsible for promoting and selling all Alliance Learning services including Apprenticeships, Commercial training and ESF
- To generate leads for the Sales and Employer Engagement team
- To build relationships with employers and partners to raise the profile of Alliance Learning
- To pro actively generate new business leads and respond to enquires and managing customer relationships
- To accurately input data on the ERP system and use in line with company polices and procedures
- To work at a senior level to support the Marketing Manager
Essential Skills:
- Must hold a Sales/Marketing qualification
- Experience within Business Development
- Experience of building external relationships
- ICT competent
- Knowledge of Apprenticeships, NVQ's and ESF
- A full UK driving licence and a car driver is essential
- Flexibility to work outside normal working hours, if required
Desirable Skills:
- Information, Advice and Guidance qualification
- Understanding of Data Management Systems
- Management qualification
