ILM (Institute of Leadership and Management)
We have a range of ILM accrediited courses - the industry recognised accreditation for supervisors or those aiming for promotion to a supervisory role. Learning is in modular format and, after completion of the mandatory units; candidates can create an individual programme using the sections most relevant to their particular work role.
Call Centre
The Pre-Employment course is a useful introduction for those seeking to start a career in the growing call centre sector. The training covers areas such as efficient call handling, understanding the customer’s needs and dealing with difficult customers. Successful candidates can progress on and improve their skills further with the Call Centre Essentials and Team Leader courses.
