Programme Led Apprenticeships in Bolton, Bury, Wigan & Greater Manchester

Programme Led Apprenticeships
Alliance Learning offers Programme Led Apprenticeships in the following areas:
Administration
Childcare
Fabrication & Welding What are Programme Led Apprenticeships?
Programme Led Apprenticeships are short intensive courses that will help you acquire qualifications and key skills to assist you in starting your career. Do I need to be in employment?
No. Training is carried out at an Alliance Learning Training Centre and we will find you a work placement, where you will gain valuable experience working in your chosen field (usually 1-3 days per week, dependent on the study area). How long is the course?
Fabrication & Welding is 26 weeks and Administration and Childcare are 12 weeks. What happens on completion of this programme?
Following completion of the course we will aim to find you a full time role within a company. Here you will continue your learning programme, working towards your NVQ. This will involve a tutor visiting you on a regular basis to assess your skills and knowledge in the workplace. The NVQ could be achieved within 6-8 months, and with the qualifications gained in the 12 week programme, you will gain a full Apprenticeship. An Apprenticeship scheme normally takes 12-15 months, so you are effectively fast tracking your qualification on this programme. Do I get paid?
We will pay you EMA if eligible and also pay for any travel expenses incurred. How do I apply?
You will need to complete and return an Alliance Learning Apprenticeship application form. We will then contact you to arrange for you to come to one of our centres for an interview and assessment. If you are successful you will be invited to enrol on our next programme. Case Study
