Kelly Roscoe joined Alliance Learning as an Apprentice Administrator in the accounts department after deciding her chosen career of Health & Social Care wasn’t the route she wanted to progress in.
At the age of 19 Kelly started working towards her Apprenticeship in Business Administration which she completed in just under 12 months, she decided to take up an Apprenticeship as she knew she would be gaining a nationally recognised qualification whilst still earning a wage and also gaining valuable experience in a working environment.
Keen to progress, Kelly then signed up for her Advanced Apprenticeship in Business Administration and soon got promoted to Financial Assistant.
Kelly’s hard work and determination has enabled her to become a valued member of the accounts department within Alliance Learning.
Kelly said: “My confidence has grown over the last 12 months and I am extremely proud of my achievements so far, at the moment I am concentrating on achieving my Advanced Apprenticeship in Business Administration and then I would like to progress onto an accounts qualification.”
