Telescopic Handler (In-House)
Course Aim:
On completion of training, candidates will be able to operate the telescopic handler (for in-house use only), safely and correctly in accordance with the manufacturers handbook and accepted good practice.

1 Day - Experienced users / Worker assessment
3 / 5 Days - Novice users
Target Group:
The novice course is suitable for individuals with no prior experience of Telescopic Handler. The experienced course is suitable for individuals that have some knowledge of Telescopic Handler
Course Content:
• Identification of the basic construction, purpose, and function of components and the purpose and use of all controls and gauges
• Understanding the manufacturers' handbook
• Pre-use and running checks
• Configuration for site and road travel
• Travelling over different terrain
• Manoeuvre in confined spaces
• Lifting different loads from various points
• Transporting loads
• Hazards
• Placing the machine in and out-of-service
