Team Briefing Course
Course Aim:
To improve delegates communication techniques in order to allow them to deliver more effective team briefing messages.
Duration:
1 Day.
Target Group:
This course is designed for team leaders, supervisors and managers who are responsible for team briefing.

• Planning and preparation
• Dealing with comments and questions

• Gaining feedback from the team
• Action planning

• deliver team briefings
