Specialised Plant Training
Alliance Learning has a 510sqm purpose build specialised plant training centre at its main Bolton training centre, where all fork lift truck and plant machinery training courses take place. The centre represents one of the best training facilities of its kind in the UK, highly praised by all the relevant accreditations (RTITB, IPAF, and PASMA) matched with some of the North West’s best approved and accreditted instructors. The centre can run up to 6 specialised plant training courses at anyone time and educational support is available through the centre's two dedicated classrooms.
An extensive range of specialised plant courses are available for businesses or individuals.
Fork Lift Truck
We specialise in providing R.T.I.T.B (Road Transport Industry Training Board) accredited Fork Lift Truck training courses, for novice, experienced and even instructor level.
Working at Heights
In response to the dangers associated with working at heights Alliance Learning offers a series of plant training courses aimed at keeping workers safe. The day long plant courses, Mobile Access Equipment (IPAF) and Mobile Tower Scaffolding (PASMA) have been accredited by the relevant trade associations and federations, whilst a half day Safe Use of Steps and Ladders tutorial reinforces the overall potential dangers of working at heights.
Our Bolton based specialised plant training centre is easily accessible, positioned within the North West’s motorway network, just 2 miles off Junction 6 of the M61, the M6, M60, and M62 are all in easy reach of the centre. The centre is also well supplied with a network of public transport with regular services from Wigan, Bury and Preston.
Plant training courses including IPAF, PASMA & RTITB approved fork lift truck training can also take place at customer’s premises anywhere throughout Greater Manchester, Lancashire and beyond, subject to site facilities and minimum numbers.
