Retail NVQ Level 2 & 3

Approximately 12 months per qualification.
Target Group:
This is intended for individuals working within the Retail industry.
Course Content:
NVQ Level 2: 6 units (1 Mandatory, 5 Optional)
NVQ Level 3: 1 Pathway (1 mandatory unit, 5 optional units)
NVQ Level 2:
1 Mandatory Unit:
• Work effectively in your retail team.
5 Optional Units- you choose with guidance, if needed 5 units that are suitable for the environment you work in.
NVQ Level 3:
The NVQ level 3 consists of a choice of 3 pathways:
• Sales Professional
• Management
• Visual Merchandising
Each pathway consists of a choice of 1 mandatory unit and 5 optional units.
Visits:
You will receive approximately 8-10 visits. These may vary depending on whether an in-house assessor is available or not.
Price:
Level 2 & 3 may be available FREE through the Government's Train to Gain initiative, subject to availability and eligibility (call for details).
