Recruitment & Selection Course
Course Aim:
To provide delegates with the knowledge and skills to ensure that they get the right people for the right job; reducing business costs associated with poor performing staff and continous training and recruitment of new staff.
Duration:
1 Day.
Target Group:
This course is designed for team leaders, supervisors and managers who are involved in recruitment and selection.

At the end of the course delegates will be able to:
• develop job specifications and person specifications to fit current recruitment needs of the business
• examine selection methods and their effectiveness in helping identify the best interview candidates
• develop communications and techniques in order to get the best out of recruitment interviews
