Managing Change Course
Course Aim:
To provide delegates with the skills and knowledge to adapt and cope with organisational change and to understand the reasons why change is necessary.
Duration:
1 Day.
Target Group:
This course is designed for any individuals that are exposed to constant change or those that are experiencing a large organisational change.

• Reactions to change
• Force field analysis
• Communicating change
• Managing change successfully
• Course review and evaluation
At the end of the course delegates will:
• have an understanding of the change process and people's emotional reactions to it
• understand coping strategies for self and others
• understand best practice for leading teams through change
