Fork Lift Truck In-House Instructor Techniques Training Course
Course Aim:
To train delegates in the instructional methods and techniques required for the successful instruction, training and assessment of personnel on various applications and equipment for which training by a qualified instructor may be required. The course is ideally suited for companies who require their own in-house instructor. On completion of training delegates will receive an Alliance Learning certificate and will only be able to instruct personnel in-house.

5 Days.
Target Group:
This course is designed for experienced qualified (trained and certified) delegates who possess the skills and knowledge for the subjects on which they will be required to give instruction. They should be literate and articulate and must have proven themselves to be responsible, mature and be respected by other employees, with the desire to instruct others.

Delegates are assessed in the following aspects:
• Preparing/presenting classroom lessons (using visual aids)
• Preparing/presenting of demonstrations
• Preparing/presenting of practical instruction
• Constructing/conducting practical skills tests
• Report writing
• Knowledge of instructional methods & techniques
• Course review and evaluation
