Customer Service NVQ Level 2 & 3

Approximately 12 months per qualification.
Target Group:
This vocational training course is intended for anybody in an organisation dealing regularly with customers either on the telephone or face to face.
Course Content:
The Level 2 NVQ Certificate in Customer Service consists of 28 credits.
The Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Customer Service consists of 42 credits.
• The NVQ will be assessed in the learner’s workplace. The learner produces a portfolio of evidence through either e-portfolio or paper-based portfolio, which is used to prove competence on a variety of customer service activities.
Visits:
You will receive approximately 8-10 visits. These may vary depending on whether an in-house assessor is available or not.
