Customer Service NVQ Level 2 & 3

Approximately 12 months per qualification.
Target Group:
This is intended for anybody in an organisation dealing regularly with customers either on the telephone or face to face.
Course Content:
NVQ Level 2 (5 Units):
4 Mandatory Units
• Give customers a positive impressions of yourself and your organisation
• Deliver reliable customer service
• Develop customer relationships
• Resolve customer service problems
• One optional unit - you choose with guidance, if needed 1 unit that is suitable for the environment you work in.
NVQ Level 3 (6 Units):
5 Mandatory Units
• Organise, deliver and maintain reliable customer service
• Improve customer relationships
• Work with others to improve customer service
• Monitor and solve customer service problems
• Promote continuous improvement.
• One optional unit, you choose with guidance, if needed, 1 unit that is suitable for the environment you work in.
Visits:
You will receive approximately 8-10 visits. These may vary depending on whether an in-house assessor is available or not.
Price:
Level 2 & 3 may be available FREE through the Government's Train to Gain initiative, subject to availability and eligibility (contact us for details).
Normal price for level 2 is £695.00 per person and level 3 is £895.00 per person.
